Revolution Renting is a property management company based out of East St. Paul. We were founded on the idea that property management needs to change. Therefore, we are committed to revolutionizing renting by empowering renters, innovating the landlord--renter relationship, and implementing greener practices.

Revolution Renting is committed to going above and beyond for our renters. In the past, we have offered our renters assistance applying for social services, jobs within our company, and personal financial advising. We will continue to expand these opportunities as we grow our network of renters and employees. 

2. Innovating the landlord-renter relationship

We recognize that each renter's background, lifestyle, and circumstance is different, which is why we strive to build relationships based on trust, respect, and compassion. Revolution Renting is committed to honest communication that is timely and understanding. 

3. Implementing greener practices

In partnership with Revolution Construction, we are designing every property with resource efficiency in mind. This includes toilets and faucets that conserve water, EV chargers for electric cars, and solar panels. These measures will decrease energy costs for renters, and reduce reliance on fossil fuels for the planet.
